If you ordered faster shipping and your item didn't arrive on time, that is not Altxtude's fault and is the fault of the shipping company. Therefore you will need to contact to company that shipped the package to seek a refund.

We have a very limited return policy as of right now. It is our goal to accept any and all returns in the future but the nature of how our business is set up doesn't allow it right now. Most of our clothing items are made out of organic cotton. In the description of each on of these products we include a "Wash and Care Guide" to organic cotton products. Please refer to this for any shrinkage or care questions.

You can cancel your Altxtude subscription at anytime by logging into your account and canceling it inside of your account page. You will stop being charged. As for returns, if your subscription item is damaged, contact us and we will be sure to send out a replacement. If you are simply unhappy, contact us and we will try our best to work out a return solution.
